A graduate of the Poznań University of Technology, the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences, SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Collegium Da Vinci in Poznań. He advises on organization and management in the private sector and public administration. He specializes in legal and organizational protection of personal data. He conducts classes in the field of personal data protection at postgraduate studies at the University of Wrocław, Kozminski University in Warsaw, as well as at the University WSB Meriti in Poznań and Warsaw in such subjects as: organization and management, e-administration, personal data protection.
For the last 20 years worked as business consultant, head of the IT departments, trainer of management, IT cloud solutions for business. He advised industrial, e-commerce, marketing and IT companies. He worked as a Member of the Working Group for personal data protection at the Minister of Digitization (Poland) and a consultant at the law firm of Maruta Wachta sp.j. During the years 2020-2023, I served as a member of the management board for SABI - the Association of Data Protection Officers. Additionally, I held positions on the audit committee during the years 2018-2020 and 2023-2025.
Possesses certifications in compliance with ISO/IEC standards
- ISO/IEC 27001 (information safety - lead auditor);
- ISO/IEC 27701 (privacy information management - internal auditor);
- ISO/IEC 22301 (business continuity - internal auditor).
He has good cloud service management skills - Microsoft 365 (global admin) and experience at managing Google Workspace. He has audited over half a thousand IT systems and over two thousand management processes for compliance with regulations and personal data protection. He is the author and co-author of many publications in the field of privacy protection management. Working at the FundingBox Group as a member of the internal GDPR team.
