GDPR

SCOPE

We offer comprehensive services in the field of personal data protection. This applies to the provisions of the GDPR, regulations implementing the GDPR (e.g. in the field of labor law) and the provisions implementing the Law enforcement Directive (LED).

We support private and public entities throughout the implementation of personal data protection requirements at the following stages:
  • implementation of requirements (inventory of processes and assets, process evaluation, implementation of procedures, etc.);
  • data protection management (business continuity, modification management, risk assessment, impact assessment, support with requests and complaints as well as security incidents);
  • audit of the data protection system (verification of procedures, technical and physical security measures).
We also provide comprehensive services within the outsourcing of the DPO (Data Protection Officer).

Pursuant to the provisions of the GDPR (art. 39.1 GDPR), the Data Protection Officer has the following tasks:

1. to inform and advise the controller or the processor and the employees who carry out processing of their obligations pursuant to this Regulation and to other Union or Member State data protection provisions;
2. to monitor compliance with this Regulation, with other Union or Member State data protection provisions and with the policies of the controller or processor in relation to the protection of personal data, including the assignment of responsibilities, awareness-raising and training of staff involved in processing operations, and the related audits;
3. to provide advice where requested as regards the data protection impact assessment and monitor its performance
4. to cooperate with the supervisory authority;
5. to act as the contact point for the supervisory authority on issues relating to processing, including the prior consultation, and to consult, where appropriate, with regard to any other matter.
