The following rules apply to data processing by the Law Firm for all purposes / contexts indicated in point 2.NTL

2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

a) correspondence (e.g. e-mail, traditional) - art. 6.1. lit. f) GDPR -> legitimate interest of NTL;
b) conclusion and performance of a contract (e.g. for legal services) - legal basis: art. 6.1. lit. b) GDPR;
c) Investigation or defense against claims - Art. 6.1. lit. f) GDPR -> legitimate interest of NTL;

Recipients of personal data:

a) data may be entrusted to entities providing IT services;
b) conclusion and performance of a contract (e.g. for legal services) - basis: art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b of the GDPR; legal advisers and attorneys cooperating with the NTL (as independent data controllers).
The data subject has the right to access the data, including obtaining a copy of the data, the right to transfer data, the right to rectify and delete data, processing restrictions and the right not to be subject to a decision which is based solely on automated processing, in this profiling, and has legal effects or similarly significantly affects it (see more: www.uodo.gov.pl). You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
Personal data will be processed during the period of limitation of potential claims related to the correspondence, in particular resulting from the process of concluding and implementing the contract. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the implementation of the above-mentioned purposes.
In all matters related to the protection of personal data (including in connection with the notification of withdrawal of consent, objection, or observed violation of the provisions on the protection of personal data or the implementation of rights), you can contact the address poitned above.

3. PERFORMANCE DATA & COOKIES
