Cybersecurity

FOR WHOM?
We support clients in the private and public sector in meeting the legal requirements and standards (such as ISO/ENISA) in the field of cybersecurity, in particular in the context of the requirements of the act on the national cybersecurity system.
SCOPE OF SUPPORT
As part of the support, our lawyers and technical specialists provide the following services:
  • inventory and evaluation of processes and assets, which includes, among others determining: which IT tool the organization uses; who has access to what; whether the scope of access is adequate; how the organization manages identity credentials;
  • based on the inventory and categorization, a risk assessment is performed to determine what risks are associated with specific processes and assets; what is the severity and probability of the risk; what measures should be implemented to reduce the level of risk;
  • procedures – implementation of procedures required by security standards (e.g. remote work management or use of private equipment);
  • national cybersecurity system – implementation of procedures required by the provisions of the national cybersecurity system, e.g. incident management procedures, risk management procedures, information, risk and incident classification.
