Work is underway on the draft of the Artificial Intelligence Systems Act, which aims to define the organization and supervision of the artificial intelligence systems market, including general-purpose AI models, within the scope of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 June 2024 on establishing harmonized rules on artificial intelligence.
The Act also outlines procedures for addressing breaches of the regulation and methods for reporting significant incidents related to the use of AI systems.
